The MCP (Model Context Protocol) system in AdUp provides seamless data tracking and integrations between your store and payment platforms. Think of MCP as a bridge that connects your store and payment systems to AdUp’s smart platform. By integrating service like Stripe with our MCP servers, you unlock powerful insights, enhanced automation, and smooth performance tracking across your digital funnel.
Step 1: Access the MCP Integration Dashboard
Log in to your dashboard.
Navigate to:
Data Integration (MCP) > Explore MCP Servers
Step 2: Connect Stripe
Click on the Stripe box.
A popup will appear titled “Manage Stripe MCP Connection.”
Paste your Stripe Secret Key into the provided field.
📍 Where to find your Stripe Secret Key:Go to your Stripe Dashboard.In the left menu, go to Developers > API keys.Under “Standard keys,” copy the Secret Key (sk_live_... for live mode or sk_test_... for test mode).
⚠️ Make sure you use the correct keybased on whether you're in test or live mode. Click “Connect MCP.”
After successful connection, Stripe will show: Connected: Click to manage connection
🧠 Tips & Reminders:
Make sure your Shopify Access Token and Stripe Secret Key are correct and active.
