How to create new users in the system?

.

Updated over 2 months ago

On the main screen, click on "Settings":

Click on the “Users” tab:

Click on "+ Add User":

After that, the following screen will be displayed:

The mandatory fields that must be completed are those marked in the screenshot (First Name, Last Name, Email, Position, and Role Selection).

Mobile phone number – recommended to fill in, but not mandatory.

When selecting the role, there are four basic options from which we are required to choose:

Here are the role types listed from highest to lowest authorization level:

Organization Super User – This user has the most extensive permissions. They have billing permissions (requesting exam additions), access to candidate reports, system reports, adding candidates, adding users, and more.

Organization Branch Manager – Similar to Organization Super User but without billing permissions and with limited access to system reports, among other restrictions.

Organization Branch Operator – Similar to Organization Branch Manager but without permissions to add users to the system and with partial access to reports.

Tester – This user has the most basic permissions. They can only enter candidates, with no ability to view their exam status, access reports, or any other permissions.

If there is a need to grant permissions for a specific site or branch (or more), this is done by clicking the Permissions button and marking a V next to each site/branch the user should have access to.

Finally, click Save at the bottom left, as shown in the attached screenshot:

Once the user account is created, the system automatically sends an email for setting up the system password. The email comes from notreply@adam-milo.com. The user must create a new permanent password for the system (valid for six months).

The new password must meet the following requirements:

  • Contain at least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.

  • Contain at least one number.

  • Contain at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $).

  • Be at least 8 characters long.
