To view a candidate’s test status, click on "ALL CANDIDATES."
You will now see three categories: Future Candidates, Examined Now, and Examined candidates.
1) Future Candidates
These candidates have not yet accessed the test link.
From this section, you can also check the email delivery status by opening the candidate’s profile (click on their name):
2) Examined Now
These candidates have clicked the test link but have not yet fully completed the assessment.
From this page, you can:
a. Resend the test link.
b. View the candidate’s exact progress within the test battery they are currently taking.
3) Examined candidates
These candidates have finished the assigned test battery.
Please note that in some cases, candidates who have not fully completed the assessment may still appear in this list.
For example, candidates with a “Refused” status - meaning the candidate declined to proceed with the assessment during the declaration pages at the beginning of the test.
You can easily generate the candidate’s report or view their results directly from the system by clicking on the small report icon displayed under the candidate’s name, as shown in the screenshot:
