If you have forgotten your system password, please follow the steps below:
Log in to the system using the following link.
Click on the "Forgot Password?" button:
3. Enter the email address of the user whose password you would like to reset.
Make sure that the Cloudflare Captcha mechanism displays a proper indication (Success) as shown in the screenshot:
4. Click on the "Send to Email" button.
A link to reset your system password will now be sent to the email address you entered.
The new password must meet the following requirements:
Contain at least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.
Contain at least one number.
Contain at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $).
Be at least 8 characters long.
Didn’t receive the email?
Please perform a thorough search in all folders of your mailbox (including Spam/Junk and others). If after searching you still cannot find the email, please contact your organization’s IT team to have them check the issue.
Did you receive the link but are unable to open the password reset link?
It appears that our website is blocked by your organization.
Please contact your organization’s IT team to allow you access to the website.
Forward the email to another email address (non-organizational), and access it from a computer/internet connection that does not have restrictions on opening the password reset link.
After resetting your password, please log back into the system using the following link and sign in with your new password.
