How to add a new candidate?

To add a new candidate in the VERITAS system, please follow the steps below:

On the main screen, click "Add Candidate":

On the next screen, fill in the candidate’s details -

  1. Enter the candidate’s ID number (including the check digit).

    • If the ID number already exists in your organization’s system, the candidate’s details will be filled in automatically.

  2. Complete the remaining fields (First Name, Last Name, Gender).

  3. Click “Add Position”

    Exam Date - The date from which the assessment link becomes active.

    Important: By default, the system keeps the assessment link active for one month.
    If you wish to change the link’s validity period, please contact us at support@adam-milo.com with a request to modify the link duration for your organization.

    Extra time - Used to grant extra time to the candidate. To learn how to add extra time, click here.


    Camera Requirement Options

    If you wish to allow the candidate to take the assessment without a camera, this can be configured by selecting the relevant checkbox.

    Professional recommendation: We strongly advise requiring camera use, as it helps ensure assessment integrity.

    • Camera use is not required: The candidate can access the assessment without any camera detection.

    • Camera use is not mandatory: The candidate can take the assessment regardless of whether they allow camera access or not.

    Important:
    If the candidate’s test battery includes a Live component, the camera requirement cannot be removed. The candidate must take the assessment on a computer with a camera.

To assign the candidate to a position, click the “+ Add Position” button at the top of the screen.

In the window that opens, select the relevant position and click “Done”

If necessary, you may change the candidate’s assessment language.
We recommend assessing candidates in their native language whenever possible.

Choose the Assessment Activation Method:

There are two available options:

  • Sending the assessment link via Email

  • Starting the assessment on the current computer

    Sending the Assessment Link via Email

    Click on the “Additional Information” tab. In the section that opens below, enter the candidate’s email address. You may fill in additional details if needed.

    After completing all required fields, click “Send” at the bottom of the screen.

    Enter the email subject, enter the email body then click “Send.”:

    The email text will be saved in the system for the next candidate.
    Please avoid including candidate-specific details to prevent sending incorrect information to future candidates.

    Starting the Assessment on the Current Computer

    After completing all required details, click “Add and Start” at the bottom of the screen.

    Once clicked, the assessment will open in full-screen mode on the current computer.
    The system will automatically log out and return to the login screen to prevent the candidate from accessing your personal or organizational information.
