Changing the candidate’s exam language can be done by accessing the candidate’s profile card in the Veritas system via the link.
Next, click on the “All Candidates” list and search for the candidate in the search bar under “Future Candidates” or “Examined Now” (depending on their exam status).
After locating the candidate by name or ID number, click on their name in the system.
Then, click on the language currently assigned to the candidate and change it as needed:
After making the change, click the “Add” button at the bottom of the page.
Please note: If the candidate has already entered the exam link, they must be instructed to re-enter the link.
The candidate should completely exit the exam (by clicking the “X”) and then log in again.
