You can apply by pressing the 'Become a mentor' button at the top right corner of the home page (profile photo drop-down).

Once you click that, you'll get prompts for the necessary fields you'll need to fill out in order to complete your application.

When completed and submitted, the application will be sent to the team for approval and you will hear back from them on your status within 3 weeks from the application date.
