Here's an explanation on waitlist requests

Updated over 7 months ago

If you're a mentor on break or do not have any published availability, you will automatically be available for request via Waitlist instead.

On your profile, it will appear like this to potential mentees:

When mentees click on the Join waitlist button, then they will get the option to request time with you with their preferred day and time slot. As a mentor, you have the liberty to decline or accept such requests.

Mentees on the waitlist will also be notified if you post new availability to the platform.

At the moment, there is no way for you to opt out of being on the Waitlist.

If you are getting requests, may we respectfully request that you either decline these requests or disregard them for now?

If you have any feedback or feature requests regarding the Waitlist feature, please check this article.
