If you do not have any availability, mentees will see you as on a waitlist. This allows mentees to register interest in having a session with you. It becomes a request that you can access from the Waitlist tab of your bookings page.

You can click on the Details page where you'll be able to see all the details of the mentee's request.

Clicking on Book session opens a modal to allow you to set a 1:1 session with the mentee. You can select the time, date, and topic, as well as add a message you would like to send to the mentee. Once the details are filled out, the Send invitation button will become active.

Clicking on Send message will open a chat box with the mentee which will allow you to communicate with them.

On the other hand, declining the waitlist request will ask you to write a reason to the mentee before the Decline request button becomes available.
