General rules

1. Prohibition on disinformation and manipulation:

1.1 Substitution of pre-landing / landing page after moderation.

1.2 Posting news related to the special operation in Ukraine, mobilization in Russia and related topics.

1.3 Using predictions about politicians.

1.4 Publishing knowlingly false information.

2. Prohibition on negative attitude towards politicians and the state:

2.1 The use of negative headlines about first persons of the state and Russia.

2.2 Publication of false statements about Russia, the Armed Forces, Russian politicians, the President of Russia and their entourage.

3. Prohibition on inappropriate news and content:

3.1 Publication of news of a criminal nature, not of a mass widely publicized nature.

3.2 Posting old, misleading news about politics.

3.3 Placing ads of a pornographic nature.

4. Prohibition on ad text content:

4.1 Making syntax and grammatical mistakes in ad headlines.

4.2 The use of emoji in news texts about politics.

4.3 The use of time clarifications, macros ([DAY], [MONTH], [DATE]) and exaggerations in political news headlines.

4.4 The use of uppercase letters, not in the context of abbreviations (NATO, USA and etc.).

4.5 The use of headlines on the geo Ukraine not in Ukrainian.

4.6 Text Duplication with less than 3 words being changed.

4.7 Profanity in ad texts.

5. Prohibition on visual manipulation:

5.1 Retouching images that are not for entertainment purposes.

5.2 Placing any inscriptions on images.

5.3 Zooming in/out, mirroring, photoshop of various objects, icons, arrows to the same image, duplicating advertising network creatives.

Rated PG

Prohibited:

  1. Ambiguous materials with sexual overtones, images of people with exposed body parts (bust, belly, legs above the knees)

  2. Provocative or vulgar headlines

  3. Violence, shocking content

  4. misleading statements and obvious exaggerations, understatements in the form of “…”

  5. Personal characteristics, direct or indirect references:

  6. Race,

  7. Ethnic origin,

  8. Religious beliefs,

  9. Age or name,

  10. Sexual orientation,

  11. Gender identity,

  12. Disability,

  13. Physical or mental health conditions,

  14. Financial situation,

  15. Criminal record.

Rated R

Prohibited:

1. News about deaths. The exception is current news, without exaggeration, wordplay, etc.​

Example 2: A famous musician has died. This happened…

2. Mentioning the presidents of the Russian Federation or Belarus - an exception - news from official sources, a positive headline.

Example 1: There will be a new pension amount in August. The Pension Fund made a statement

Example 2: Putin pleased Russians with a new decree (rating NC-17)

3. Ads with negative attitude towards celebrities​

Example: Volochkova disgraced herself, under the table there was...

4. Ads with any erotic overtones

Ads with vulgar or erotic overtones, shocking content.
