Rules applied to creatives

  1. Non-consensual use of brands in creatives and on pre-landing/landing pages is prohibited: campaign/brand names, logos, etc.

Exception: (GazInvest, ZolotoInvest) and imitation in images of natural resource extraction (gas, oil rigs), as well as advertising of bank products, in this case the use of bank brands is permitted.

2. The use of media persons and celebrities in creatives and pre-landing/landing pages is prohibited.

3. It is prohibited to make money on behalf of famous media personalities and any associations or hints that the advertised system is in any way connected with famous personalities (ownership, implementation, first-person campaigning) both in creatives and pre-landing/landing pages.

4. The use of bank symbols in creatives and pre-landing/landing pages is prohibited.

Exception: imitation of a bank message, but without using a specific bank brand; using in the main image of the creative an imitation of an online bank interface, but without branding of a specific bank; use of icons reminiscent of bank logos (color scheme, logos similar to the original element); use of crypto brand symbols, for example, Quantum System, Success code, etc.

5. It is prohibited to mention government or preferential programs in the titles of creatives or in the pre-landing/landing text (for example, ...support from the state..., ...you received N euros from the state..., ...the government of the country N is distributing money... etc.).

6. Scam and phishing sites, theft of user payment data are prohibited.

7. Swearing in the title, text and ad image is prohibited.

8. Repulsive images are prohibited: open wounds, body parts, including those affected by diseases, causing disgust.

9. Advertising of tablet drugs, as well as pharmacies without a license is prohibited.

10. It is prohibited for the ad and/or promo to not match the type of traffic. The news type of traffic should correspond to links leading to news sites and showcases. Product traffic - links leading to pre-landing and landing pages.

11. Collecting push-subscriptions on pre-landing and landing pages is prohibited.
