This article will talk you through how to change what is sent to your patients in your follow up message.
A follow up is a message which can be sent to your patients after their appointment to check in to see how they are feeling after their treatment. It is also an oppotunity to request a review from your patients about their clinic experience.

Step 1 :
From the main menu, click to enter settings.
Step 2 :
Once in settings head to SMS/Email templates, under the heading notifications.
Step 3 :
You will then be able to choose either the email or SMS template and select edit next to the template which says 'Follow Up'
Step 4 :
You will then be able to update the wording for the message in the large text box and you are able to personalise the message with tags provided.
Practitioners will use this template to ask patients to leave a review after their treatment. This can be done by adding your Google or Facebook review into this template.
Step 5 :
Once happy, hit save details.
This will then update the wording your patient recieves when the follow up message is sent.
Reminder : If you would like the follow up message to go to your patients the arrived button must be selected on the appointment.
