This article will talk you through how to send a follow up message to your patients after their appointment.
A follow up is a message that can be sent to your patients after their appointment to check in to see how they are getting after treatment. They can also be used to request reviews from your patients.

Step 1 :
From the main menu, click to enter diary.
Step 2 :
You will then just need to click on the appointment in the diary. This can either be done from the month view or the day view.
Step 3 :
Once you have clicked on the appointment, you will find 3 options for the status of the appointment. You will just need to to select the arrived button.
Step 4 :
This will then trigger the follow up message to be sent to your patients at your designated time you have set in the settings area.
