This article will talk you through how to sell gift vouchers to your patients through Aesthetic Nurse Software.
When purchasing gift vouchers, you are able to do this with your patients in clinic or your patients can purchase these online. Your vouchers can also be customised to expire and also be the colours of your brand.

Purchasing Gift Vouchers In Clinic
The first way your patients can purchase gift vouchers is through the clinic with yourself.
Step 1 :
To purchase the voucher with the patient, you will first need to head into their patient record.
Step 2 :
Once in the record, you will be able to select voucher credits.
Step 3 :
This will then show any active vouchers for the patient, but to purchase a new voucher, select the add credit option.
Step 4 :
You will then be able to select which voucher you would like to purchase.
If the voucher you would like to purchase is not within this section, you will just need add this into the settings of the software first. Head to our specific guide on this feature to help get set up.
Step 5 :
You will then be able to see the price of the voucher.
Step 6 :
The email address the voucher is being sent to will also appear.
Once the voucher has been sold, the email address which appears in this box will be sent the voucher straight away.
Step 7 :
You then have your payment options to take payment for the gift voucher sale.
Step 8 :
Once sold, the voucher will appear in the voucher sales section of your gift voucher settings.
Step 9 :
An email will also be sent to the patient with the gift voucher and voucher number to be used at their next appointment.
Purchasing Gift Vouchers Online
From a patient point of view they are also able to purchase a gift voucher from your online booking page.
Step 10 :
Your patient would visit your booking link, like they would to book a treatment appointment. But instead of heading to the treatment tab they will head to the gift voucher tab.

Step 11 :
Your patients will then be able to view all the active vouchers you have.
Step 12 :
Once a voucher has been selected by the patient they can either choose to send the voucher to themsleves.
Step 13 :
Alternatively, they can send the voucher to someone else.
Once you pay for the voucher, this will automatically send to the email address entered into the recepient email address box.
Step 14 :
Then when happy, the patient can then choose to pay where they will be guided to stripe to make payment.
Step 15 :
Once paid, the voucher sale will show within the gift voucher settings section.
Step 16 :
The patient or the recepient will then recieve an email with the gift voucher to redeem in clinic.
