How To Redeem Gift Vouchers

This article will talk you through how you are able to redeem your patients gift vouchers within Aesthetic Nurse Software.

Gift vouchers within ANS can be purcahsed online or in person with the patient and can be customised with an expiry date and your brand colours.

Once your patient has purchased their gift voucher, they will be able to redeem this against their treatments when they come into clinic.

To redeem the voucher, you will need to head into the patient appointment via their patient record.

Then, within the appointment you will need to head to the invoice at the end of the treatment documentation.

You then need to choose the other payment option to take payment for the invoice via a gift voucher.

You will then have the option to make payment via gift voucher.

You will then just need to ask the patient for the voucher number and enter how much of the voucher they are redeeming for this appointment.

Once applied, the redeemed voucher will show on the patients invoice.

Your patients also have the ability to enter their voucher code on their online booking.

On the online booking page, your patients will have an area where they are able to add in th gift voucher code.

Once the voucher has been added to the online booking, this voucher will be linked to your patient. This can be viewed on the voucher credit option on the patient record.

Then when you go to pay the invoice, you are able to use vouchers linked to this patient.

You can then select the voucher you wish to use from the list linked to this patient.

You can then enter the amount you would like to pay from the voucher.

Once redeemed the voucher and code will show on the invoice as payment.
