Rescheduling Your Appointment

Learn how to reschedule an appointment within ANS.

This article will guide you through how to reschedule your appointments within ANS. You may need to reschedule an appointment if you patient can no longer make the date and time previously booked in.

Step 1 :

From the main menu, select the diary option.

Step 2 :

Once in the diary, head to the appointment you wish to change and click the appointment.

Step 3 :

You will then be brought to an appointment box where you will just need to click the edit button.

Step 4 :

You will then be brought to the edit appointment section where you are able to update the date and time of the appointment.

Step 5 :

Once the date and time have been updated, you can then choose to send a confirmation message to your patients again of their updated date and time.

Your confirmation message selection of either email or text message can be automatically set up within the software. Set this up via our additional guides.

Step 6 :

When happy with all the updated details, hit the submit button.

Step 7 :

The appointment will then update to the date and time selected in your diary and a new confirmation message sent if selected.
