Editing Your Appointments

Learn how to edit your exsiting appointments within ANS.

This article shows you how to edit an exsiting appointment already booked within ANS. This may be due to needing to change the date or time of the appointment for example.

Step 1 :

From the main menu, click the diary option.

Step 2 :

Then, find the appointment in the diary and click onto it.

Step 3 :

Once you have click on the appointment, an appointment box will appear where you will then be able to click the edit button.

Step 4 :

You will then be brought to the edit appointment section where you will be able to change the date and time of the if needed.

Step 5 :

If you need to change the patient associated to the appointment, you can do so from the patient drop down.

Step 6 :

You will also be able to change the clinic and practitioner.

Step 7 :

The final section, you are able to update the treatment linked to the appointment.

Step 8 :

Once happy with your changes, hit submit.

All these sections are optional, meaning you can just update the section you need and leave the other if they are already correct.
