Does all your customer data live in extensive and impenetrable PowerBI dashboards? You can take a screenshot of the dashboard and ask Aether to help you transform the information into a few slides to take along to your next sales or account meeting, complete with charts and insightful commentary.
Uploading images of dashboards into Aether
The same principles apply to uploading dashboards as best practices for spreadsheets. In short - if a clever new starter can read the screenshot, so can Aether.
If, however, the headers are truncated, or the units of measurement are not provided, then Aether will struggle to process the information and give you an accurate summary.
If your dashboard is a bit complex/hard to interpret, paste your screenshot into a Word document and add some overall context and keys to the units of measurement alongside the image in text. Then use the Word document as your Aether source file.
Example
Screenshot the dashboard, create a summary Word document if necessary, and upload it into Aether as a source document.
Ensure the information is approved to view by your colleagues who also have access to Aether.
Navigate to 'Create Output' on the left-hand tool bar.
Add your prompt in the description field - use the template below to get started.
Open the Advanced Options to direct Aether to reference your reporting for the output.
Submit
