Candidate Communication – Managing Expectations Around Test Results
We’ve received feedback from clients regarding inconsistencies between verbal comments provided during assessments and the formal results communicated afterward. In some instances, candidates were informally reassured (e.g., “You’re all good” or “That’s fine”), only to receive differing outcomes in their official reports.
To maintain professionalism and trust:
Avoid informal or conclusive remarks during assessments.
Do not imply clinical outcomes prior to formal review.
Advise candidates that results will be reviewed and signed off by an Occupational Health Doctor or Authorised Medical Advisers (AMAs).
If asked, explain that results will be formally communicated to the employer once the review is complete.
This approach ensures clarity, consistency, and protects the integrity of our services.
Appointment Attendance in Affiliate App
A friendly reminder to please ensure that appointments are marked as attended in the Carelever Affiliate App immediately upon the candidate’s arrival. This action is essential, as it automatically notifies KINNECT that the assessment has commenced, enabling accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
To do this:
Open the candidate’s appointment in the Carelever Affiliate App.
Click the “Update Status” button located on the left hand side of the appointment screen.
Confirm attendance when prompted.

Timely Submission of Results
We’ve observed an increase in delayed result submissions. While we understand clinics are managing high volumes, if results cannot be returned on the same day, please notify KINNECT as early as possible. This allows us to:
Communicate proactively with clients
Minimise unnecessary follow-ups
Prevent administrative backlog for your team
Prompt updates help us maintain service excellence and support your clinic’s workflow.
