Trouble Logging into the Carelever Portal?

If you have misplaced or forgotten your clinic’s Carelever Affiliate Portal username or password, please call our friendly KINNECT Affiliate Relationship Team on 02 9099 1053 or email them at affiliaterelationship@kinnect.com.au and they can assist.

Unable to Submit Carelever Forms?

If you are experiencing issues with submitting your Carelever Form, please follow the below troubleshooting suggestions:

  1. Is your Internet Connection Secure? In the corner of the form there will be an Internet Connection icon, confirming you are connected to a secure internet connection, if this is any other colour than green, it means you Internet Connection is not secure, therefore the Carelever Form data and submission unable to proceed.

  2. Do you have incomplete Components? It is important to ensure that all listed components on the Carelever form are completed, and this is identified by achieving a green tick once all required questions or fields have been completed. You will be unable to submit Carelever forms without successfully receiving a green tick on each listed component.
