Why Are Insurance Documents and Calibration Certificates Needed?

To uphold this trust and deliver consistent health certainty to our clients, we require our affiliate partners to provide evidence of adequate insurance and properly calibrated equipment. These documents confirm that your company is equipped and insured to perform the agreed services.

Maintaining Insurance and Calibration Compliance

It is crucial to keep all insurance and calibration documents up to date. KINNECT will notify you when these documents approach their expiry and will request updated versions. Failure to provide valid insurance and calibration documents may result in the suspension of referrals until the necessary updates are received.

Understanding Service KPIs

The Service KPIs set by KINNECT are designed to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients, KINNECT, and the Affiliate Clinic. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can impact your ability to meet these KPIs, it is important to communicate with our Affiliate Relationships team should any issues arise.
