Where Can I Activate Online Bookings?
You can configure the booking module for your website step by step via Settings > Online Bookings. Adjust the settings according to your preferences.
Once you’ve made your settings, click Save in the bottom right corner. You can then preview your changes using “See how your booking module looks now.”
How Can I Activate and Personalize Online Bookings?
Go to Settings > Online Bookings to set up or adjust the booking module according to your preferences.
General Settings
Salon selection: Select the salons you want to offer in the booking module.
General message: A message to show customers after selecting a salon.
Set color: Choose the color of the booking module to match your website.
Google Tag Manager: Integrate with Google Tag Manager if needed.
Custom terms and conditions: Replace the default terms and conditions with your own.
Show “Back to Website” button: Provide customers who booked online a button to return to your salon’s website.
URLs: Use the link or embed code to add the booking module to your website. (See the section below: “How can I place the booking module on my website?”)
Media: Upload your salon logo.
Employee Settings
Employee selection for bookings: Customers can choose which employee they want to book an appointment with.
Cross-booking: Configure cross-booking settings.
Choose employee for first service: Customers can select an employee for the first service or first part of a combination.
Choose employee for selected services: Customers can select an employee for each individually selected service.
Choose all employees: Customers can choose an employee for each service and each part of a combination.
Show stylist type: Customers can see the stylist type next to the employee’s name. (Learn here how to set up stylist types.)
Employee selection for “No preference”: Select which employees fall under “No preference.”
Bookings & Time Settings
Time slots: Set how the available time slots should be offered to customers.
Booking lead time: How soon a customer can book an appointment before the start time.
Weeks in advance: Maximum number of weeks customers can book ahead.
Services
Show treatment duration: Customers can see the duration of each service.
Show treatment price: Customers can see the price of each service.
Select only one service: Limit customers to selecting one service per booking.
Device restriction: Select categories where treatments can only be booked once per time slot.
Message for prepayment: Display a message to customers when prepayment is required.
Filters
Show filters in the booking module
New filter:
Filter name: Give your filter a name; it will appear in the widget and guide customers on how to filter (e.g., “Gender”).
Options within the filter: Add options that customers can select, linked to specific treatments (e.g., “Male,” “Female”). Press Enter to save each option.
Link treatments to options: Ensure the correct treatments appear when a customer selects a filter option. Select the option first, then link the categories and/or treatments. Selecting a category automatically links all treatments within it.
Customers
Customer login: Customers can log in or create an account to manage their online bookings.
How Can I Place the Booking Module on My Website?
To place the booking module on your website, go to General Settings. You can add the module in two ways:
Via a URL link behind a button (opens on a separate page).
Via embed code in the footer (a fixed button on your website).
Note: Changes are automatically applied to your booking app on the website once saved. You do not need to reinsert the code after modifying settings to see or use the updated booking app.
