After adding all treatments (services), we’ll set the availability of these treatments per employee. In this article, we’ll cover how to make treatments available for manual scheduling in the salon, as well as for online appointments.
Where can I change the availability of services?
You can adjust the availability of your treatments (services) via Account > Profile > “ON/OFF” tab. Then, at the top of the page, select which employee you want to adjust the service availability for.
Note: Service availability is always set per individual employee, so make sure you’ve selected the correct employee.
How do I change the availability of services?
You can easily change the availability of services (treatments) per employee by clicking the toggle switch. When it’s blue, the service is available.
Using the “select all” button, you can select all treatments at once.
You can also select and make treatments available per category.
Treatments can be set for 2 different channels:
Manual scheduling: this ensures that the treatment can be manually booked in in the salon when you, or one of your colleagues, create an appointment for that employee.
Online bookings: this determines whether the treatment can be booked online (via the widget) for that employee.
Which treatments should I make available online?
For some treatments, it’s best to only make the combination treatment available online to ensure it’s correctly booked in the calendar. In that case, enable the single service only for manual scheduling and make the combination treatment available online.
For example, if you offer “root coloring & blow-dry” and “root coloring & haircut” online, do not make the single service “root coloring” available online, since it doesn’t automatically include a follow-up treatment.
