Where can I add/edit services?
To create services, go to Account > Profile, under the ‘Services’ tab. Before you can create a service, you must first create the category for that service. Then you can add services via the ‘Add a service’ button or the ‘Add a combined service’ button.
To edit a service, click on the three dots to the right of the service and select ‘Edit.’ To delete a service, click on ‘Delete.’
Please note: you can only delete services if they are not used in appointments scheduled in the calendar. Otherwise, you can only edit them.
How do I create services?
Create a service by clicking on the ‘Add service’ button. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the details of the service.
Name: the name of the service visible in the calendar or for customers who make an appointment online via the website/widget.
Price: the price the customer must pay for a treatment/service. This price may be modified for a customer during payment.
Duration: the duration of the treatment/service in minutes. This is important for correctly scheduling appointments online via the widget but also for automatically obtaining the times for the calendar when a hairdresser adds an appointment to the calendar.
Category: all treatments/services are categorized. A total of six categories are possible, one of which must be selected.
VAT: the VAT percentage associated with the service.
Processing time: the time required for the treatment before another treatment can be scheduled in the calendar. For example, ‘coloring’ has a processing time of 45 minutes. A haircut can therefore only be scheduled in the calendar 45 minutes later.
Appointment color: different treatments/services can have different colors in the salon and hairdresser's calendar. This allows you to give a different color to the ‘men's haircut’ treatment and the ‘highlights’ treatment.
How do I create a combination service?
Some treatments consist of several separate services (e.g. wash & cut), which we call combination services. You can create a combination service from different existing treatments/services. Then create a combined service by clicking on the ‘Add a combined service’ button.
Title: the name of the combined service visible in the calendar or for customers who make an appointment online.
Price: the price the customer must pay for a treatment/service. This price may be modified for a customer at the time of payment.
Employee(s): which hairdressers perform this treatment/service. You can select multiple hairdressers.
Add a service: which treatments the combined service should consist of.
Appointment color: different treatments/services can have different colors in the salon and hairdresser's calendar.
Description: enter a short description of the treatment. This will be visible in the widget.
How can I modify the order of the services?
The order of treatments is particularly important for the widget. The treatment with the highest ranking determines which category is displayed first in the widget. You can adjust the order by clicking and dragging the service or combined service up or down.
