Your Creator Hub Guide

A tour of your Hub — logging in, your tabs, your links, your booking history, and your messages.

Your storefront lives on createwithairbnb.com, with a link that's unique to you. Your Creator Hub is where you manage everything behind it — your links, your bookings, your earnings, and your messages.

Logging in

  1. Enter the email address you used for the program

  2. Check your inbox for your one-time code and enter it

You can also log in from your storefront itself, and reach your dashboard from there.

Note: There's no password to remember. Every login sends a fresh code to your email, so if a code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder before trying again.

Your tabs

  • Dashboard — your profile, your links, your booking history, and how each link is performing

  • Earnings — your commission at each stage, and your next payment

  • Content — your content library, where you upload and submit content for review. Not every program has this one

  • Messages — your inbox for messages from the Airbnb team, and where you reach them

  • Programs — the programs you're part of

Your links

The Share Your Storefront Links panel holds your storefront link and one link for each collection you've built, each ready to copy in a tap. Collection links are the more useful ones day to day — if a post is about one trip, send people to that collection rather than your front page.

More on which link to use where: Sharing Your Links.

Your performance

  • Booking history — the bookings credited to you, each with its date, its value, your commission, and where it sits in the approval flow

  • Link performance — which links drive the most clicks and bookings, with a View All Links view for the full breakdown

  • Content — your recent posts

Your Earnings

The Earnings tab is where your commission lives — every booking credited to you, the stage it's reached, and what your next payment will be.

Everything about money is in one place: Your Earnings and Payouts — how your commission is calculated, how a booking is credited to you, what each block on the tab means, when bookings lock, when payouts run, and what to check if a payout or a booking looks wrong.

Your Messages

The Messages tab is your inbox for what the Airbnb team sends you, and you can reply in the thread — or start a new conversation yourself. Unread messages are marked with a dot.

It's also how you reach a person. Anything you need help with — your bookings, your commission, your payouts, your content, your storefront, a post that hasn't appeared, your connected accounts — message the Airbnb team from this tab.

That includes your account details: changing your Instagram username, or adding a TikTok account you haven't linked yet. Neither can be done from your Hub — message the Airbnb team and they'll sort it. For a username change, include your old one and your new one.

Tip: a message sent to your Hub inbox won't always email you. If you're waiting to hear about something, open the Messages tab rather than watching your inbox.

FAQ

Q: Anything about your money. When you're paid, why a booking is still pending, why a payment was smaller than you expected, a booking that hasn't appeared — it's all answered in Your Earnings and Payouts.

Q: Can I track clicks on my links? Yes — the performance section on your Dashboard shows clicks, bookings, and which links drive the most of both.

Q: Can I reply to the Airbnb team? Yes — type in the reply box on any message in your Messages tab. You can also start a new conversation from that tab rather than waiting to be messaged first.

Q: Who do I contact about what? Message the Airbnb team from your Messages tab for everything — bookings, commission, payouts, your content, your storefront, posts that aren't being picked up, changing your Instagram username, and adding a TikTok account that isn't linked yet.
