Creator Coach: What It Is and How to Use It

The chat assistant in your Hub — what to ask it, what it can't do, and where to go instead.

Creator Coach is a chat assistant built into your Creator Hub. It's there to answer questions about your partnership without you having to wait on anyone — how your links work, what's on your storefront, how bookings are credited to you, what your program includes.

Where to find it

Open your Dashboard and look for the ✦ Chat with Creator Coach button. Tap it and the chat panel opens over your Hub.

Not every program has Creator Coach switched on yet. If you don't see the button, your brand hasn't enabled it — everything in this help center still applies.

What to ask it

The coach is built around the things creators ask most:

  • Your program — what's included and what's expected of you

  • Your links — which link to use where, how tracking works, where to find them

  • Your content — tagging products, what shows on your storefront, uploading posts

  • Your collections — building them, naming them, and what travelers see

  • Your earnings — how a booking becomes commission, what each stage means, and when payouts run

  • The program guidelines — how to disclose the partnership, what you can film, the music you can use

Ask in your own words. "how do i tag stuff in my posts" works as well as a tidy sentence.

Tip: The coach answers for the partnership you're currently viewing. If you work with more than one brand, switch to the right one with the brand selector at the top of your Dashboard before you ask — otherwise you'll get another program's answer.

How it finds answers

Creator Coach searches your brand's help articles to answer your question. While it's working you'll see a "Searching the documentation" indicator, and when it finds relevant articles it reads them before responding. Answers can include clickable links to the source articles, so you can read the full detail yourself.

Your conversations

Each chat is saved, so you can leave and come back without losing the thread.

  • New conversation starts a fresh one — useful when you change topic completely

  • The conversation picker lets you jump back to an earlier chat. Each conversation gets a short auto-generated title after your first message, so you can tell them apart at a glance

What it can't do

The coach can explain how things work. It can't make changes to your account — it won't update your details, change a code, or release a payout.

If the coach didn't answer your question

Message the Airbnb team from the Messages tab in your Hub. That's the route for everything the coach couldn't settle, and for anything that needs a person to look at your account — your bookings, your commission, your payouts, your content, your storefront, a post that hasn't appeared, your connected accounts. You can start a conversation there yourself; you don't have to wait to be messaged first.

That includes your account details: changing your Instagram username, or adding a TikTok account you haven't linked yet. Neither can be done from your Hub — message the Airbnb team and they'll sort it.

Tip: before you move on, try asking again with a bit more detail — which brand, which link, what you were doing when it went wrong. Specific questions get better answers than general ones.

Is it always right?

It's built to answer from your brand's published help articles, so it should line up with what you'd read there. If something it says doesn't match what you're seeing in your Hub, trust your Hub and check with the Airbnb team.
