The Comp Calendar shows your competitors' rates and availability day by day, right alongside your own listing, so you can see how you stack up on any given date.
Opening the comp calendar
Open a listing and go to the Comp Calendar tab.
How it's laid out
Your listing sits in the top row, with your competitors below it, and the days run across the top. For each competitor and date, a cell shows:
Their rate for that night.
Their minimum night stay, shown with a moon icon.
Their cleaning fee, when available.
A legend explains the cell states: Booked, Available, Blocked, and Min Night Stay.
Which competitors are shown
The Comp Calendar shows the listing's active comp set. If you have more than one comp set, use the dropdown to switch between them. To change who's in the set, see Comp Sets.
Navigating dates
Scroll forward up to two years using the week arrows, or jump to a date with the date picker. Use Today to return to the current date. Click a competitor's name to view more details about that listing.
