Adapt can automatically push your nightly rates to Airbnb, but only for listings that Airbnb prices on a per-night basis. If one of your listings uses a different Airbnb pricing setup, Price Sync won't be available for it, even though you'll still see Adapt's recommended rates.
How Airbnb prices listings
Airbnb offers a few different pricing models, and the one your listing uses decides whether Adapt can sync rates to it:
Standard (per-night) pricing — you set a price for each individual night. Adapt can sync rates to these listings.
Length-of-Stay (LOS) pricing — your price is based on how many nights a guest books rather than on each individual night. Because there's no single per-night price to update, Adapt can't push rates to these listings.
Rate Plans — a newer Airbnb pricing option (currently in beta on Airbnb's side). Adapt doesn't support syncing to Rate Plans yet.
Why Adapt can only sync per-night pricing
Adapt works by calculating a recommended rate for each night and updating that night's price on your calendar. Length-of-Stay pricing and Rate Plans don't work off a single per-night price, so there's nothing for Adapt to update — which is why Price Sync isn't available for those listings. You'll still see Adapt's recommended rates; you just won't be able to turn on automatic syncing.
What you can do
