It is important to understand the filter options so that you do not miss any shifts.

Tap the "location" icon on the top to view shifts from a certain location.

Tap the "refresh" icon on the top to see if new data is available.

Date: Date range for which you want to see the shifts.

Today: Shows shifts on today’s date.

Week or Month: Select whether you want to see results for the week or the whole month.

Date Range: Select a timeline to narrow down the results.

Client: Allows you to filter shifts based on clients.

Sites: “Sites” or “Business Units” refers to different locations/branches of the agency. Staff may belong to one or multiple sites.
