Mobile:
When searching for “Available Shifts”, make sure to select, from the top bar of the home screen, the desired date and whether you want to see shifts for the week or the whole month.
The "Today" button displays shifts for today.
Tap the "location" icon to view shifts for a specific location.
Tap the "refresh" icon to see if new data is available.
Web:
Hover over to “Schedule” from the main menu and click on “List”.
You will see all shifts on the listing page. Select the date range to shortlist the shifts listing to a specific timeline.

If the screen is empty, it indicates that you don’t have any shift assigned to you and are awaiting your confirmation or that no “open shifts” are available to you to apply for. If you are certain, you should have one or more shifts displayed on this screen, please reach out to your employer/agency for assistance.
How to see the location of a shift?
This is the same for every type of shift. Open any shift you want to see, then tap on “Location” and you will be able to see the address with a map.
If you are experiencing any problems when searching for a shift, you should first contact your employer directly.
