Shift availability is determined by how your employer uses the options available in the system. We offer multiple types of filtering for your employer to use to determine shift visibility:
Job position in your profile
Preferred locations/sites
Qualifications/certificates
Departments
Age restriction
On the home screen, tap on “Available Shifts”.

Occasionally, the app may not display the most recent data right away. To refresh the screen and retrieve new data, simply swipe the screen from top to bottom. If the screen is empty, it indicates that you don’t have any shift assigned to you and are awaiting your confirmation or that no “open shifts” are available to you to apply for.
If you are certain, you should have one or more shifts displayed on this screen, try to log in to the web portal and check from there. Even if after doing so, you still cannot find the information you're looking for, please reach out to your employer/agency for assistance.

On the web portal, you only see the “shift status” names. You can see the shifts listing by navigating to “Schedule” > “List” page.
