The absence listing page gives you a different view than the calendar view. Whether you create the absence on the calendar view or the list view, it will appear on both views.

To access the list view, hover over “Absence” from the main menu and select “list”.

The list view gives you more clear and immediate information about the absences. It shows the date, staff name, absence type, status, and whether it is a pending absence or approved absence.

  • Click on the “Actions” button to edit or delete the absence.

  • If you want to create an absence, click on “Create New Absence”.

  • Click on the date range to select the date for which you want to see the absences. You can filter the list by date, staff, and status.

  • Select an absence, and a “selected” button will appear at the top. Click on the button to see the actions available.
