Absences are paid leaves. Depending on the agency policy you will get a certain number of leaves annually. Leaves are subject to approval from the manager. The Manager can either accept or reject it. You cannot add a leave if a shift exists at that date.

How to Add a Leave?

Mobile:

  1. Go to the “Me” tab.

  2. Tap on “Leave” and then tap on the “+” to add a new leave.

3. Select the date range, leave type, and add a comment if you like.

4. Tap the “save icon”.

5. You can see your leaves listed under “Leave”.

Leave cannot be edited once approved by the manager. Leaves cannot be deleted, if you need to make any changes to Leaves you need to contact your manager or agency.

Web:

  1. Go to “Absence” from the main menu.

2. Click on “Add Absence” to add a new absence.

3. Select absence type, date, and add a comment if you want. Once done, click on “Save”.

Contractual Allowance: Total absence allowed.

Taken: Total absences used.

Remaining: Absences left behind.

FAQ

I am not able to add absence. I am seeing the message “shift already exists”.

It means that you have a shift on this date.
