Account Billing Settings

The Account Billing settings, found toward the bottom of the account details section of the account information page, allow you to view or edit your account basic account billing information such as status, billing frequency, or source codes. To add or make changes to any of the settings simply go to the desired field, makes the necessary changes, and click the Save button.

Account Status: This options allows you to change the status of an account between prospect, active, inactive, or to a deleted status.*

Tuition Calculation: This function allows you to change the tuition calculation method for the account using the drop down menu.

Billing Frequency: This tool allows you to assign or change the billing frequency, or payment plan, for the account from the drop down menu.

Account Date: The Account Date is typically the date that the account was created. However, it can be changed using the calendar here.

Account Source: This function allows you to change or add an established account source(i.e. Groupon, referrals, etc).

Alert Code: This function allows you to assign or edit an alert code that you have established for the account (i.e. Cash only; no checks, see notes, etc).

Account Fee: This function allows you to choose an account fee, description, and amount.

Once you have selected the items you would like to edit, you would simply select Save Changes and you will be all set.

*Once a student has been enrolled in a class the status of that student and their account may not be changed back to prospect.
