Admin Settings - Clear School Data

The Clear & Reset School Data screen in Akada Online allows you to delete pieces of data from your database with one function versus having to go account by account. Before you opt to delete data from your database, please be aware that once deleted it can't be reversed.

To Clear School Data:

  • Locate Settings in the main menu.

  • Select Admin.

  • Select Clear School Data.

  • Check the box to select each option you wish to clear.

  • Click the Clear Selected button at the bottom of the screen.

  • Enter your Akada login password.

  • Click the Clear School Data button to confirm.

  • You will see a message display that the data has been cleared successfully.

Options To Clear:

Clear Account Information:

  • Clear Account Notes - Deletes All Account Note entries.

  • Clear Account Groups - Removes all accounts from any groups they were listed in.

Clear Student Information:
โ€‹

  • Clear student notes: Clear all student notes.

  • Clear student groups: Remove all students from all assigned groups.

  • Clear student measurements: Clears all student measurement entries.

  • Permanently Delete Inactive Students Prior to - This option will delete any students that were placed in Inactive status prior to the date of your choosing.

Reset Billing Options:

  • Set "Calculate Tuition" to - This function allows you to set all accounts to the tuition calculation method of your choosing.

  • Set "Billing Frequency" to - Use this option to reset the billing frequency for all accounts using the drop-down menu.
