The notes page in Akada Online gives the parent to option to read any account or student notes the studio may have entered and made visible to the parent. The parent also has the opportunity to enter notes of their own that the studio will be able to read.
To Access Account Notes:
Select the arrow beside Accounts in the upper left corner of the Parent Portal
Select notes.
Managing Notes:
Adding a Notes - Click the Add Note button in the appropriate section to add a note for the studio to see.
Edit - Clicking edit allows the parent to make changes to a note.
Delete* - Gives the parent the ability to remove a note from their record.
*Notes can not be deleted or edited once the studio has marked them as read. Simply add another note if needed.
