The account screen in the Akada Online parent portal gives your customer the ability to manage their own contact information, credit card information, and password to their account. The studio may limit which items the parent can edit through the existing account settings found in the customer access settings.Log into the parent account and click on the Account tab at the top and select Account Info.
To Update Account Information:
Log into the parent account and click on the Account tab at the top and select Account Info.
Update the necessary information.
To subscribe to studio texting, check the box.
Please note the option of copying changes to the Parent and Student pages.
When done click Save Changes.
The information will automatically be updated in the studio database.
Update Credit Card Information:
Log into the parent account and click on the Account tab at the top and select Credit Card Info.
You can update the credit card information and/or enter a new credit card to be saved.
