Registrations Page

On the far left of the screen, you will see an area for enrollments. Click here to access the registration area. Clicking on the registrations area of Akada will take you to a list of registrations received in your database.

If a parent fails to click the "Finish" button during the registration process, the new registration will not be fully submitted and will not appear on the "Registrations Received" page. Instead, the unsubmitted registration will be listed under the "Unsubmitted Registrations" tab. Be sure to confirm this step with parents who are experiencing issues.

Registration Order - This function enables you to print a report displaying the order of registrations. Using the drop-down, you can change the session, the way the report is ordered (by class or by date/time submitted), and the format in which it will be downloaded.

Note: The drop-down menus do not affect the registrations that are displayed on the screen. The registrations screen will show all registrations.

Registrations Received - In this section, you will see all pending registrations for your studio. If you see an incomplete registration for a new account with no classes pending, the parent used the save and exit option while creating the account. We display these registrations to you to give you an opportunity to follow up with the prospective customer. If a newly submitted registration is not visible on the "Registrations Received" page, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Confirm that the parent clicked the Finish button during the registration process to fully submit the registration.

  2. Go to the Unsubmitted Registrations tab to review.

  3. You can send the parent a reminder requesting that they complete the registration, or you can submit the registration and move it to the 'Registrations Received' tab.

Managing Pending Registrations:

Process - The process function will take you through a registration wizard. The registration process consists of five parts to complete the registration page for that account. There, you will be able to approve or reject the customer's class requests, review all contact information, and enter any necessary charges or payments. The wizard interface is designed to guide you through each step of the process systematically. It ensures details are completed in sequence and simplifies navigation. The layout is intuitive and follows a step-by-step approach, familiar to users of the legacy design style, ensuring ease of use during registration processing.

If an account has multiple students registering, after completing the registration for the first student, click the 'Next' button at the top of the screen, and it will direct you to the next student to be registered for that account.

If you would like to enter charges, send statements, or confirmations, these options are available under the 'Registration Complete' option of the registration wizard. Once done, click the complete registration button just above the confirmation.

Mark Complete - This function removes the pending class requests from the registration page and deletes any class requests. This should be the last step after you have completed approving classes and sent the customer a confirmation email.

Delete Account - This button allows you to delete the account from your database permanently.
