On the far left of the screen, you will see an area for enrollments. Click here and you will see the registrations area. Clicking on the registrations area of Akada will take you to a list of registrations received in your database.

Registration Order - This function allows you to print a report showing the order of the registrations. Using the drop-down you can change the session, the way the report is ordered (by class or by date/time submitted), and the format in which it will be downloaded.

Note: The drop-down menus have no effect on the registrations that are displayed on the screen. The registrations screen will show all registrations.

Registrations Received - In this section, you will see all pending registrations for your studio. If you see a registration for a new account with no classes pending, the parent used the save and exit option while creating the account. We display these registrations to you to give you an opportunity to follow up with the prospect customer.

Managing Pending Registrations:

Process - The process function will take you through a registration wizard. The registration has 5 parts to process in order to the complete registration page for that account. There you will be able to approve or reject the customer's class requests, review all contact information, and enter any charges or payments that may be necessary.

If an account has multiple students registering, then after you complete the registration for the 1st student, click the next button at the top of the screen and it will take you to the next student to be registered for that account.

If you would like to enter charges, send statements, or confirmations, those options are available under the registration complete option of the registration wizard. Once done, click the complete registration button just above confirmation.

Mark Complete - This function removes the pending class requests from the registration page and deletes any class requests. This should be the last thing you do after you have completed approving classes and have sent the customer a confirmation email.

Delete Account - This button will allow you to permanently delete the account from your database.
