The Studio Account screen on the admin menu lets you control your studio’s contact information that stays on file with us. Here you can update the studio owner’s name address, phone number, and email address. You can also see your studio's maximum number of students and view and update the monthly credit card we bill. Finally, you can also cancel your Akada subscription from here. Hopefully, you’ll never feel the need to do that.
To Navigate to My Account Screen:
Click on the Akada main menu in the top left corner of the screen (3 lines).
Select Admin.
Click “My Account.”
Updating Contact Information:
To update your contact info, click in the desired field, make the necessary changes, and click the Update Account Information button.
Canceling Subscription:
Should you decide to cancel your subscription, click the cancel button. You will receive an automated confirmation email, and we will be copied to it.
Note: We bill on the 1st of each month and do not issue refunds once your card has been charged. If you wish to cancel, it is best to do it towards the end of the month.

Update Credit Card Information:
To change the credit card that we bill each month, scroll down the credit card section, enter the new card number, expiration date, and billing address, and then click the Update Card Information button. You’ll see the last 4 digits and the expiration date displayed above.
