Studio Account

In this article you will find an explanation of the studio account screen in Akada.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Studio Account screen in the admin menu allows you to manage your studio’s contact information on file with Akada. From here, you can:

  • Update the studio owner’s name, address, phone number, and email address

  • View and update the credit card used for monthly billing

  • Cancel your Akada subscription (though we hope you never feel the need to!)

  • Turn on Beta features available in Akada.

Keeping this information up to date ensures smooth communication and uninterrupted service.

To Navigate to the Studio Account Screen:

  • Scroll down the settings menu located on the left of the page.

  • Click to expand the Admin section.

  • Click Studio Account.

Updating Contact Information:

To update your contact info, click in the desired field, make the necessary changes, and click the Update Account Information button.

Canceling Subscription:

If you decide to cancel your subscription, simply click the Cancel button. You'll receive an automated confirmation email, and we will be copied on it for our records.

Please note: We bill on the 4th of each month and do not offer refunds after your card has been charged. We recommend cancelling toward the end of the month to avoid being billed for the next cycle.

If you're experiencing any issues with Akada, feel free to call us or connect with a support representative via Intercom chat. We're happy to assist!

Update Credit Card Information:

To change the credit card that we bill each month, scroll down the credit card section, enter the new card number, expiration date, and billing address, and then click the Update Card Information button. You’ll see the last 4 digits and the expiration date displayed above.

New Features Section

New features and updates are released as beta versions for a trial period. This allows us to gather customer feedback, identify and resolve any issues, and, if necessary, disable the feature temporarily until the problem is fixed.
