Student Information - Classes
Updated over a year ago

The Classes section of the Student Info screen allows you to view the classes the student is enrolled in the current session as well as previous or future sessions. You may also add or remove the student from classes, drop or add them from recitals, manually change the tuition amount for a class, or add a discount to that class's tuition.

Filter Options - These options will allow you to quickly view class information based on the filters selected.[/caption]

To Enroll the student in additional classes from this screen:

  • Click the "+ Enroll" button and a list of available classes (pictured below) will be displayed.

  • Click Enroll next to the desired class.

  • A full list of the student's classes will be displayed at the bottom of the class.

  • Finally, click on the Student's name to return to the student info screen.

Additional Options:

Drop Class - Click this link if the student needs to be removed from the class. Once dropped a "stop date" will be added to the student's class history.

Drop Recital - If this student doesn't wish to participate in the recital for this class click this link to remove them. If they are not participating in any recital you will need to do this for each class. Once dropped, the link will read "add recital." Use that to add a student to the class recital.

Add Discount - This option allows you to add a discount, either percentage or dollar amount, to the tuition for a specific class.

Manually Change Tuition - If you wish to simply change the tuition amount for a class you may do so by clicking on the amount. Once you click on it the blue amount will turn to a white field. Enter the new amount and click save. The class tuition will now appear in red to indicate that it has been manually changed.

Note: The classes displayed will default to the session that you are logged into. You may easily view previous or future class enrollment by using the drop-down menu at the top of the student info screen. This also allows you to enroll the student in classes for other sessions without having the change the session that you are logged into.
