Once you have built your class schedule, you will be able to select a class and perform multiple functions from the Class Information screen. The class screen is broken down into multiple sections. They are summarized below:
Details - The details provide you with all of the basic information about the class meeting.
Enrollment - This section allows you to manage the enrollment of a specific class.
Virtual class settings - Allows you the ability to add either a link or class id and password to the online teaching service of your choice for each individual class.
Waitlisted - provides you with an area to view and manage the class's waitlist.
Enrollment History- Here you can view current and past enrollment for the class.
Messages: Easily email and/or text those enrolled in the class.
Groups - Add enrolled students & accounts to groups.
Class Notes - Enter any important notes that may relate to your class here.
Costumes - Here you can see any costumes that have been assigned to the class as well as add additional costumes.
Recitals - This section gives you the ability to manage the recital songs associated with the class.
Requirements - Here you can add any requirements for the class. This can be helpful for staff members who are discussing a potential class with a parent or for parents who are registering online.
Attendance - This function allows you to enter or manage the attendance of your class.
Charge/Credit Class - Enter charges or credit for all of the active students enrolled in the class.
Class Materials - Upload files or share links with your class materials so that parents can access these materials through their parent login
