Can I Subscribe My Parents to Texting?

No. Businesses can not subscribe their customers to text messaging. The recipient has to opt into text messaging themselves.

Your parents can opt into your text messages by either sending a text to your studio's assigned text number (located on the Send Text page) with the message "START" or they can opt-in via the Parent Portal in the Account Information section:
