The Alia Signup Network helps accelerate SMS list growth by creating a seamless signup experience across all Alia merchants. When a shopper signs up for SMS on your store, and they’ve already signed up with the same email on another Alia merchant, their phone number will be prefilled automatically. This smoother experience increases opt-ins and reduces friction.

Getting Started

  1. Enable the Signup Network in Integrations

    • Go to the Integrations tab in Alia.

    • Find Alia Signup Network and click Connect.

    • If you’re approved, hit Continue. If not, please contact support or your CSM.

  2. Enable Signup Network on a Popup

    • Open the popup you want to use with the network.

    • Click Integration Settings (top right).

    • Switch Alia Signup Network to Enabled.

Configure the Email Step

  1. Add the {{email_consent}} variable to your email step.
This ensures proper consent tracking and smooth integration with the Signup Network.

  2. Create a New Step for auto-redirects when someone is already in the Alia network.

    • You can add our templated step here:

  3. On your email step, set up a redirect rule that sends shoppers to this new step if they are part of the Alia network.

  4. In your redirect step, make sure the “Enter a new number” button sends users back to the phone input step.

Finalizing Setup

Once these steps are complete:

  • The Alia Signup Network will be live in your popup.

  • Returning network users will have their phone number prefilled.

  • Shoppers can easily update their number if they choose.

✅ That’s it—your Signup Network integration is ready to launch!
