To Update or Change your Billing Information
Alive Website
If you subscribed through the Alive website, you can manage your billing method from your Account page. Log in to your account on our website. If you have a subscription that is currently active and linked to this account, the information will show that.
Your Payment information tile will look similar to the screenshot above if you subscribed through the Alive website. If you have an active subscription through Apple or Google play, then your payment information is likely not listed here on Alive's website. Follow the instructions below if you do not see Payment information.
Apple or Google Play
If you see the option to manage your subscription in Google Play or manage your Apple subscription on this page instead, you'll need to update your billing information in the Google Play or iTunes store, respectively.
