All Gravy does not use passwords
There is no password to look up or reset. You sign in with a one-time access code that we email to you, and then set your own PIN for faster sign-in afterwards.
How to get your access code
Your employer needs to set you up in All Gravy or in your scheduling system first
Once you have been added, enter your email address in the app and we will send you a 6-character code
The code lasts 10 minutes and can only be used once. Asking for a new code cancels every earlier one, so always use the newest email
After entering your code, create a PIN
Now you should have access to All Gravy ✅
