No. Your All Gravy invitation does not expire. Once your employer has invited you, you can sign in at any time using the email address they registered for you.
There is no invitation link to run out. You sign in by entering your email address in the app and typing the code we send you.
How to sign in
Open the All Gravy app and enter your email address.
We send you a login code. It is 6 characters and lasts 10 minutes.
Enter the code. If you request another code, the earlier one stops working, so always use the newest email.
If you still cannot get in
Check the address you are using. It must be the one your employer holds for you. A personal address you never gave them will not work.
Ask your manager to check your profile. If the email on your record is wrong, they can correct it in All Gravy and you can sign in straight away.
No invitation at all? If you get an email saying you have no invitation, ask your manager to add you.
