How do I log in?

Download the app, sign in with a one-time code, and set a PIN. Includes what to do if the code does not arrive.

Download the All Gravy app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with your email address. There is no password. đŸ“±

Signing in

  1. Open the app and enter your email address.
    Use the address your employer registered for you. If you are not sure which one that is, ask your manager to check your profile.

  2. Wait for your login code.
    It usually arrives in under 10 seconds and can take up to 2 minutes. The code is 6 characters and expires after 10 minutes.

  3. Enter the code.
    If you asked for more than one code, only the newest works. Requesting a new code cancels every earlier one.

  4. Set a PIN.
    The PIN gets you back in quickly next time and keeps your account private on a shared phone. Depending on your device you can use Face ID or a fingerprint instead.

My login code is not arriving

  1. Check your spam and junk folders.

  2. Check the address you typed, watching for spaces and for .com against .co.

  3. Make sure you are using the newest code, not one from an earlier email.

  4. Ask your manager to confirm the email address held on your profile is correct.
