It depends on where you were removed. There are two different situations and they have different answers. 🔑
1️⃣ You were removed inside All Gravy
This can be reversed.
Your record is deactivated rather than destroyed. An Admin, Staff Manager at your workplace can reactivate you, and your history comes back with you.
✅ What to do:
Ask your manager to reactivate you in People. They do not need to contact us.
2️⃣ You were removed in your rota or scheduling system
This cannot be fixed from inside All Gravy.
If your employer removed you in the system that feeds All Gravy your shifts, All Gravy is only reflecting that. Reactivating you here will not hold, because the next sync will remove you again.
✅ What to do:
Ask your manager to add you back in the rota system. You return to All Gravy automatically the next time it syncs.
What about "my location was removed" or "my invite was cancelled"?
Those are not separate situations. They both come down to one of the two above. Your manager can tell you which.
⚠️ Permanently deleting all your data is different
Choosing to delete all of your data is not the same as deactivation. It anonymises your record, there is no way to restore it, and there is no grace period in which to change your mind.
One exception: if you took an early payment in the last three years, we must keep those records for audit purposes, so the deletion is postponed.
If you are unsure which you want, deactivate rather than delete. Deactivation is reversible; deletion is not.
