Flight Management

Learn how to manage flight information for your students using Ally's CRM.

STEP 1 - Access

Go to CRM > Flights.


STEP 2 - Adding a Flight

You can add a flight in two ways:

  1. From the Student’s Profile:

    • Access the student’s profile and add the flight directly.

  2. From the Flights Section:

    • In the CRM > Flights section, click on "New Flight".

When adding a flight, choose between:

  • Simplified Registration: For basic flight details.

  • Complete Registration: To include detailed flight information.


STEP 3 - Managing Flights

Once flights are added, you can:

  • Use filters to find flights for any specific time period.

  • Monitor which students are about to travel and take the necessary actions to ensure a smooth process.
