STEP 1 - Access
There are two ways to view the Calendar:
From the Dashboard:
Go to the Dashboard > Activities section.
From the CRM:
Click on CRM > Calendar.
STEP 2 - Available Actions
On the Dashboard:
View a list of tasks in chronological order, including tasks that haven’t been completed yet.
In the Calendar:
You can switch between different views:
Day
Week
Month
Appointments
Additionally, you can view other team members’ calendars to avoid overlapping commitments within the office.
STEP 3 - Creating Tasks
You can create tasks for yourself or for other team members in multiple ways:
From the Calendar:
Go to CRM > Calendar > Add Task.
Using the Shortcut:
Click the "+" icon in the top menu.
From a Student's Profile:
Create a task directly while viewing a specific student's profile.
